Meet Alison

We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of our team.  Alison has been with our office since the end of 2011, and our current patients have had great things to say about her!

Alison graduated from Framingham State University with her B.S. in Biology in 2006, and was awarded her Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2008.  She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association.  She enjoys volunteering in an early childhood setting and giving instruction to children.  Good habits start young!  She firmly believes the sooner we can convince our youth of the benefits of good oral hygiene the sooner we may see a decrease in the most chronic childhood disease- tooth decay.

Alison specializes in serving patients with dental anxiety,  whether it be a painful memory of a bad experience, or simply fear of the unknown.   Her soft voice combined with a gentle touch can bring comfort to what many consider an uncomfortable situation.  Like the rest of the team at Mulroy Family Dental, she truly cares.  She loves that our office is focused on knowing each of our patients personally and providing them the time and attention to detail they deserve.  Alison works late on Wednesday evenings to provide care to those whose schedules require more flexibilty, and has remarked that if you listen closely you may hear Dr. Mulroy softly singing along to “Delilah After Dark”.

Alison grew up in Westminster, but is newly married and now resides with her husband reside in Holden.  They enjoy all kinds of active pursuits including cycling and hiking, traveling.  She loves the fresh fruits and vegetables that our local farming community has to offer, and visits all the small, local businesses in town that always offer service with a smile.
